I’m excited to introduce “The Northern Attitude Collection,” a collaboration from heritage outdoor retailer L.L.Bean and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Noah Kahan. Inspired by Kahan’s Vermont upbringing, the 8-piece collection reimagines iconic L.L.Bean products on a muted color palette, drawing on the essence of the rugged, natural beauty of New England and Kahan’s breakout record, Stick Season.
The collection spans some of L.L.Bean’s most iconic goods, including Bean Boots, Boat and Tote, Chamois Shirt and Anorak, with thoughtful details including illustrations of Kahan’s German Shepherd, Penny, who he said was “basically a cowriter” of Stick Season.
As part of the partnership, L.L.Bean will donate $100,000 to support The Busyhead Project, a mental health initiative Kahan founded to promote mental wellness, provide resources and help break down the stigma around seeking help.
“The Northern Attitude Collection” will be available beginning Tuesday, Oct. 22 at llbean.com/northernattitude.
